Includes deaths resulting from domestic violence among deaths that must be investigated by a coroner. Requires that death certificates list the cause of death as domestic violence if that finding is medically justified. Requires that in every case in which domestic violence is determined to be the cause of death, the coroner shall report the death to the Department of State Police. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes provisions requiring death certificates to list domestic violence as a cause of death. Requires the coroner to report the death to the Department of State Police in every case in which domestic violence is determined to be a contributing factor in a death.
