Creates a deduction for corporations in an amount equal to 25% of the original cost of construction and installation of any cellular tower or like facility for which an agreement to jointly share with another telecommunications carrier has been entered into or otherwise renewed or extended after January 1, 1998. Provides that the deduction is available in tax years beginning on or after January 1, 1999 and ending on or before December 30, 2004.
