Provides that concealed and unknown occupants of a condominium unit may be joined in an action against the defaulting tenant or unit owner, with or without prior leave of the court, prior to judgment for possession. Provides that a stay of a judgment in favor of the board of managers is limited to the possession and a money judgment or rent assignment is not part of the stay. Effective immediately.
