NORTH SHORE SAN DIST-CONTRACTS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the North Shore Sanitary District Act concerning the award      
   of contracts.  Provides that the competitive bidding  requirements  do      
   not  apply  to  structures  or  facilities designed, built, and tested      
   before conveyance to the municipality.  Effective immediately.
