SHAWNEETOWN PORT DISTRICT FEES                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Shawneetown Regional Port District Act.  Provides that      
   the Port District may fix, charge,  assess,  and  collect  fees  on  a      
   periodic  basis  for  the  maintenance,  extension,  or continuance of      
   construction permits.  Provides that the Port  District  may  set  and      
   collect  reasonable  rentals,  tolls,  fees,  or  charges  for  use of      
   terminals  or  other  facilities  or  structures  within  40  feet  of      
   navigable waters within the Port District.
