Includes in the definition of "victim" a person under 18 years of age who is the child of a person killed or injured in this State as a result of a crime of violence. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the definition of "victim" that includes a person under age 18 who personally witnessed a violent crime perpetrated or attempted against a relative is not conditioned upon any other factors.
