Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Urges the Illinois congressional delegation  to  support  funding      
   the  Social  Service Block Grant/Title XX Program for federal FY00  at      
   the federal FY98  level.                                                    
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything. Urges the Illinois congressional delegation        
   to influence and guide the federal budgeting process each fiscal year       
   to restore and increase funding for the Social Service Block                
   Grant/Title XX program.
