Short description: DHS-DISABLED PERSONS-GASOLINE Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Requests the Department of Human Services to coordinate meetings between representatives of petroleum marketers and distributors doing business in this State and representatives of groups representing disabled persons and senior citizens to develop a comprehensive plan for providing for the dispensing of gasoline into vehicles driven by disabled persons and senior citizens at self-service gas stations and for otherwise ensuring that disabled persons and senior citizens have an adequate opportunity to purchase gasoline at self-service gas stations.
