CON AMEND-ELIMINAT LT GOVERNOR                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Proposes  to  amend  the  Executive  Article  of   the   Illinois      
   Constitution.  Eliminates the office of Lieutenant Governor. Effective      
   upon  conclusion  of  the  term  of the Lieutenant Governor elected in      
   1998.
