Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Urges the Department of Human  Services  and  the  Department  of      
   Corrections  to  give  written  notice  to the General Assembly and to      
   conduct public hearings when  the  Departments  change  the  types  of      
   persons housed in their facilities.
