Short description: USE-OCC TAX-MOTOR FUELS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Beginning July 1, 2001, provides that the tax imposed under those Acts on the purchase of motor fuel and gasohol shall be calculated as a percentage of an amount equal to the selling price less all federal, State, and local taxes otherwise included in the selling price. Effective July 1, 2001.
