CD CORR-CMPELLNG MEMBERSHP-85%                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Unified  Code  of  Corrections.   Provides  that   a      
   defendant  convicted  of compelling organization membership of persons      
   may receive only a maximum of 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each      
   month of his or her sentence of imprisonment.                               
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Corrections)                                   
          HB 4625 would add 4 inmates to the corrections population and        
          would increase Department costs by $697,500 over 10 years from       
          the date of enactment.
