Includes in the definition of "sexual predator" subject to the registration provisions of the Act, a person who has been charged with the dissemination of child pornography on the Internet or who has been charged with indecent solicitation of a child by means of the Internet notwithstanding that charges for any of those offenses are dismissed or the defendant was convicted of a lesser included offense.
