DIVORCE-PROPERTY-SUPPORT                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Marriage and  Dissolution  of  Marriage  Act.      
   Provides  that in dividing marital property or in ordering maintenance      
   or child support, the court may disregard a spouse's voluntary  change      
   in  employment,  income, or assets made during the period commencing 6      
   months before the date  on  which  the  petition  for  dissolution  of      
   marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage was filed and ending      
   on  the  date  of  the  court's order dividing the marital property or      
   ordering maintenance or child support.
