Provides that in counties with a population of less than 2,000,000, the State shall furnish 2/3 of the total annual compensation to be paid to coroners, county treasurers, county clerks, recorders, auditors, and sheriffs. Provides that each county shall furnish 1/3 of the total annual compensation to be paid to coroners, county treasurers, county clerks, recorders, auditors, and sheriffs.
