Establishes the Military Flags Commission to advise the Adjutant General on how to best collect, preserve, and display the colors, flags, guidons, and military trophies of war belong to the State. Provides for the appointment of members to the Commission. Provides that members shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for their reasonable expenses. Repealed on January 1, 2003. Effective immediately.
