Provides that that part of Interstate Route 74 that begins with the intersection of Interstate Route 74 with Interstate Route 57 and ends with the inter- section of Interstate Route 74 with U.S. Route 45 is designated as the Veterans Memorial Parkway. Provides that appropriate plaques may be erected by the Department of Transportation along that route in recog- nition of this designation.
