Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to  the  Department      
   of  Human  Services  for  increases  in  the  minimum  hourly wages of      
   personal care assistants in the home services program. Effective  July      
   1, 2000.
