Provides that printed on each tax bill or on a separate slip mailed with the bill shall be a separate statement that the taxpayer's property is subject to sale if the taxpayer is delinquent in paying his or her taxes on the property. Provides that the statement shall include an explanation of when the sale would occur. Effective immediately.
