DNGEROUS ANMAL-NONHUMN PRIMATE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Dangerous Animals Act.  Includes  a  nonhuman      
   primate,  coyote-dog  hybrid, and any animal that is actually infested      
   with an infectious disease that is dangerous  or  life-threatening  to      
   humans in the definition of dangerous animal.  Effective immediately.       
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Corrections)                                   
          There will be no corrections or fiscal impact.                       
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE (Dept. of Corrections)                             
          Same as DOC fiscal note.                                             
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes from the new definition of "dangerous animal"  any animal      
   that is actually infested with an infectious disease that is dangerous      
   or  life  threatening  to  humans.   Includes  in  the  definition  of      
   "dangerous animal" a wolf-hybrid,  coyote-hybrid,  serval  cat,  civet      
   cat, African jungle cat, and Asian jungle cat.
