VEH CD-DUI SUPERVISION-FINE                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that a person  placed      
   on  court  supervision  for  a  DUI  violation  is subject to the same      
   additional $100 fine as a person found guilty of a similar  violation.      
   Effective immediately.
