        Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois  Pension  Code.      
   Staggers  the  terms  of the elected members of the Board of Trustees.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          HB 3554 would have no fiscal impact on SERS.
