Adds wagering on videotaped horse races to the list of games authorized under the Charitable Games Act. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Revenue) It is unknown how many charitable organizations will decide to hold videotaped racing events. Therefore, the Department is unable to estimate the potential fiscal impact of HB 3267. It is assumed that any new gaming activity would merely take away from the other allowed games, with no real increase in funds expended or taxes paid.
