Short description: SR CIT-DISABLED-INCOME-DRUGS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Provides that beginning January 1, 2001, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer medication will be covered under the Act. Increases the income limitation, beginning with the 2000 grant year, from $16,000 to $25,000. Provides that the maximum grant for claimants with an income of more than $14,000 is $70.
