Provides that the fee for filing a complaint for administrative review of a non-moving traffic violation or of the immobilization and impoundment of a vehicle is set out in the Clerks of Courts Act in a Section concerning fees paid in civil cases in counties whose population is 3,000,000 or more. Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that the fee for administrative review of a non-moving traffic violation or of the immobilization and impoundment of a vehicle is $25. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 625 ILCS 5/11-208.3 Deletes the Vehicle Code provision. Makes a grammatical change.
