Short description: 
CRIM CD-STALKING-REPEATED                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Criminal  Code  of  1961  relating  to  stalking  and      
   aggravated stalking.  Provides that purposely and repeatedly harassing      
   another  person  or following with the intent to harass another person      
   also constitutes stalking.  Provides that if the conduct also consists      
   of making a credible threat with the intent to  place  the  person  in      
   reasonable  fear of death or serious physical injury, it is aggravated      
   stalking.
