USED TIRE FUND-ALLOCATION                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides  that  specific      
   allocations  of  monies  up to an amount of $2 million per fiscal year      
   from the Used Tire Management Fund be made until  July  1,  2004  (was      
   July 1, 2000). Effective June 1, 2000.
