VEH CD-VIETNAM VETERAN PLATES                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides for the  issuance  of      
   special  Vietnam  War Veterans license plates to persons who served in      
   that war with the U.S. Armed Forces.  Provides  that  the  plates  are      
   only  for  passenger vehicles of the first division and motor vehicles      
   of the second division weighing no more than 8,000  pounds.   Provides      
   for  an  initial  fee  of $15 and annual fee of $2, in addition to the      
   normal fees.  Provides that the additional fees are  to  be  deposited      
   into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
