House Sponsors: MATHIAS. Short description: FIREARMS-REPORT-NO CARD Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that a transferor of a firearm and the Department of State Police shall report the name and address of a person to the local law enforcement agency where the person resides if the person attempts to purchase a firearm without displaying to the transferor a valid Firearm Owner's Identification Card that has been previously issued in that person's name by the Department of State Police.
