Provides that labels shall be displayed upon any retail motor fuel dispensing device that is used to dispense a motor fuel containing any amount of methyl tertiary butyl ether. Specifies the format and placement of the labels. Requires a non-retail seller of motor fuel that contains any amount of methyl tertiary butyl ether to notify the purchaser of the fact that methyl tertiary butyl ether is contained in that motor fuel. Requires a statement of the fact that the motor fuel contains methyl tertiary butyl ether to appear on the bill of lading, manifest, or delivery ticket for the motor fuel.
