Short description: STATE DISBURSEMNT UNIT-ABOLISH Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code, the Department of Revenue Law, the State Comptroller Act, the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, the Non-Support Punishment Act, the Expedited Child Support Act of 1990, the Illinois Parentage Act of 1984, and the Un- employment Insurance Act to eliminate provisions of Public Act 91-212 establishing the State Disbursement Unit and restore earlier law wherever possible. Some provisions are effective immediately.
