Short description: 
LIQUOR-RESTRICT ALCOHOL SALES                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934.  Provides that no  license      
   shall  be issued to any person for the sale at retail of any alcoholic      
   liquor at any place of business that  sells motor fuel at  retail  for      
   motor vehicles.                                                             
          FISCAL NOTE (Liquor Control Commission)                              
          Fiscal impact would be significant. Revenues would be reduced        
          by $131,250 (4%) annually; a minimum of 3 employees would need       
          to be laid off; funds statutorily transferred would be reduced       
          by $37,500 annually.
