Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that the Secretary of      
   State shall establish a pilot program to  test  the  effectiveness  of      
   ignition interlock devices on school buses.                                 
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Further amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides  for  funding      
   of the pilot program.  Makes other changes.                                 
          FISCAL NOTE (Secretary of State)                                     
          First-year fiscal impact would be $77,000, and annual fiscal         
          impact thereafter would be $52,000.
