Short description: DAGR-BIODIESEL MOTOR FUEL Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois concerning the Department of Agriculture. Provides that the Department shall, subject to appropriation, provide funding to research the use as a motor fuel of biodiesel fuel that consists of at least 20% soybean oil. Provides that the Department shall provide information and assistance to diesel fuel producers, distributors, retailers, and consumers concerning the manufacture, sale, and use of the biodiesel motor fuel. Effective immediately.
