MTR VECH THFT-EXTEND REPEAL                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act.   Extends      
   the  repeal  date of the Act to January 1, 2004 (from January               
   1, 2000). Effective immediately.
