Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.  Requires that the  county      
   juvenile justice council develop and implement a community alternative      
   policing project.                                                           
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Administrative Office of Ill. Courts)                 
          There would be no decrease or increase in the number of judges       
          needed.
