Short description: 
NON SUPPORT-LICENSE-DISCIPLINE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Administrative  Procedure  Act,  the  Civil      
   Administrative  Code of Illinois (relating to the powers and duties of      
   the Department of Professional Regulation),  and  the  Non-Support  of      
   Spouse  and  Children Act.  Provides that, in addition to imposing any      
   other penalties for a violation  of  the  Non-Support  of  Spouse  and      
   Children  Act,  a  court  (i)  may  order that the offender's Illinois      
   driving privileges be suspended (for a violation of 90 days  or  more)      
   and  (ii)  may certify the violation to the Department of Professional      
   Regulation or another licensing agency so that  the  agency  may  take      
   appropriate  steps with respect to a license held or application filed      
   by the offender (for a violation of more  than  60  days).   Effective      
   immediately.
