MEDICAID-FAMLY PLANNNG SERVICS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Public  Aid  Code.   Provides   that   the      
   Department  of  Public Aid shall cover under the Medicaid program as a      
   class of persons eligible, persons whose income is less than  200%  of      
   the  federal  poverty  level,  for  the  receipt  of  family  planning      
   services.
