Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unified Code  of  Corrections.   Makes  a  grammatical      
   change  in  the  Section relating to the powers of the Prisoner Review      
   Board to set release dates for persons  sentenced  under  the  law  in      
   effect before February 1, 1978.
