PEN CD-ST EMPLOYEES-TECHNICAL                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Employee Article of the Pension Code.   Corrects      
   a   reference  to  the  Internal  Revenue  Code  of  1986.   Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
          PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission)                               
          HB 2362 will not have a fiscal impact on the State Employees'        
          Retirement System.
