USE OF TOBACCO-MINORS/PREVENT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Sale of  Tobacco  to  Minors  Act.   Provides  certain      
   affirmative  defenses  to  prosecution  under  the  Act.  Requires the      
   posting of notice concerning age restrictions imposed  under  the  Act      
   near  any  vending  machine selling tobacco products or any display of      
   tobacco products. Prohibits misrepresentation of age or identity by  a      
   person  under  18  years  of age for the purpose of purchasing tobacco      
   products.
