FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) The Dept. will not incur any costs. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the Department shall approve or deny the installation of a new private sewage disposal system within 60 days rather than within 90 days after the drawings and specifications are submitted.
