SCH CD-STATE AID FORMULA                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School  Code  to  change  the  caption  to  a  Section      
   concerning the State aid formula.                                           
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          105 ILCS 5/18-8.05                                                   
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          105 ILCS 5/10-20.34 new                                              
          105 ILCS 5/34-18.21 new                                              
        Deletes everything.  Amends the School  Code.   Allows  a  school      
   district  to  access  federally  funded  health  care resources if the      
   school district  provides  early  periodic  screening  and  diagnostic      
   testing   services   to  correct  or  improve  health  impairments  of      
   Medicaid-eligible children.  Effective immediately.
