FIRE PROTECT-DISCNNCT-BONDS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Fire Protection District Act.  Provides that territory      
   disconnected from a fire protection district remains  liable  for  its      
   proportionate  share  of  any  outstanding  bonded indebtedness of the      
   district.
