Authorizes election authorities to permit the appointment as election judges of high school seniors who meet certain requirements. Limits such judges to one per political party per precinct. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the student election judge must certify a political party affiliation. Provides that the student election judge shall not be counted as absent from school.
