Removes the prohibition on participating in the Fund while simultaneously participating in one of the other public employee retirement systems because of a second job. Validates prior service and contributions for certain persons currently participating. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) There would be little or no fiscal impact to the Chicago Teach- ers' Fund.
