Authorizes the amount of $10,000,000 to be used by the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for grants to civic center authorities for the maintenance and repair of civic centers. Provides that preference shall be given to the maintenance and repair of the original facilities of the civic center authorities. Effective immediately.
