INS XCHNGE DELETE "ILLINOIS"                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code with respect to the  operation      
   of  an  insurance exchange.  Deletes language designating the exchange      
   as the Illinois Insurance Exchange. Effective immediately.                  
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Insurance)                                
          There will be no fiscal impact.
