CRIM CD-FRAUDULENT SCHEMES                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Creates the offenses of  fraud      
   by  wire,  radio,  or telephone, mail fraud, and financial institution      
   fraud.  Makes the offenses Class 3 felonies.
