IL FERTILIZR ACT-BAN HAZ WASTE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961.  Makes it a violation      
   of the Act to  add  hazardous  waste  to  any  fertilizer  or  to  use      
   hazardous waste as a filler in any fertilizer.                              
          FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Agriculture)                                   
          HB309 would have no direct fiscal impact on the Dpt.
